Privacy
This describes what KyrosAura collects, why, and what we do not collect. It covers this website and the way we handle the details you give us when you get in touch. It is short because our data practices are short.
01Who we are
KyrosAura Corp Pvt Ltd, registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We build AI automation systems for businesses. The person responsible for data on our side is Saurabh Rajvanshi, reachable at saurabh@kyrosaura.com.
02What this website collects
Nothing.
This site sets no cookies. It uses no local storage. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. It loads no fonts, scripts or stylesheets from third-party servers — the typefaces are served from our own domain for exactly this reason. The demo videos are plain links to YouTube, not embedded players, so YouTube is not notified that you visited us and cannot place anything in your browser unless you click through.
You can verify all of this. Open your browser's developer tools, load this site, and look at the network and storage tabs. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
This is also why there is no cookie banner. A consent banner exists to obtain permission to store or read information on your device. We do neither, so there is nothing to ask you for. If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for instance — this page changes first and a banner appears with it.
03Contact details you give us
If you email us, we receive whatever you put in the email: your name, your email address, your company, and whatever you chose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation. That is all.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone. We do not use your contact details to train any model.
04Demo bookings
Our scheduling runs on Cal.com. When you book a demo, Cal.com collects your name, your email address, your time zone and anything you write in the notes field, so that we both end up on a call at the same time. The booking is written to our Google Calendar, and both of us get a confirmation email.
Cal.com is the data processor for that booking; we are the controller. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it on their infrastructure.
If you would rather not use a scheduling tool at all, email us and we will find a time by hand.
05Technical logs
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs when a page is served. These typically include the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary infrastructure logging — it happens on essentially every website — and we use it only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or faults.
We do not build profiles from these logs. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them. We do not combine them with anything else.

Nothing else. No analytics provider, no CRM, no advertising network, no data broker, no AI vendor.
Our own client systems — the voice agents, outreach engines and platforms described on this site — process data belonging to our clients under separate contracts with those clients. If you are one of our clients, the terms of that engagement govern that data, not this page.
This page covers the kyrosaura.com website only. Our products have their own policies, because they collect different things: JobScout has its own privacy policy, and if you use JobScout, that is the document that governs your data — not this one.
07How we use what we hold
To reply to you, to hold the meeting you booked, and to do the work if you become a client. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once there is one.
We do not use your data to train models. We do not use it for advertising. We do not profile you.
08How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere — kept for 24 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted. We review and clear these annually.
- Client records — kept for the length of the engagement and for as long afterwards as Indian tax and company law requires.
- Server logs — kept for as long as Netlify's default retention, then rotated out. We do not export or archive them.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner. We will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
09Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our mail runs on Zoho and our scheduling on Cal.com; access to both is protected by two-factor authentication. The systems we build for clients are architected so the model cannot write to production data — read-only by construction, with contact data behind an audited capability that logs every access with a stated reason.
We are a two-person company. We are not going to claim a security posture we do not have. What we will say is that we hold very little data about prospective clients, and the least risky way to protect data is not to collect it.
10Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you those rights formally, along with the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK, or your national data protection authority in the EEA.
Email saurabh@kyrosaura.com and we will answer within 30 days. In practice, much sooner. There is no form.
11Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes, and the version and date at the top change with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and leave this page as it was.
