JobScout Terms of Service

01The service

JobScout is a WhatsApp-based job search assistant. You set up a profile — your skills, experience, target role and location, and your resume — and each search returns job listings matched against that profile. On the Pro tier, for each returned job that clears an automated AI fit assessment, JobScout generates a version of your resume rewritten for that job description and delivers it to you as a PDF over WhatsApp.

These terms cover JobScout only. The kyrosaura.com website and KyrosAura's other services are governed separately. How we handle your data is described in the JobScout Privacy Policy.

02Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use JobScout. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and your own. JobScout is intended for individual job seekers using it for their own job search.

03Acceptable use

When using JobScout, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonated identity or resume information.
• Use the service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to scrape, bulk-query, or resell the listings or output.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules, with or without notice.

04Payment and access

JobScout offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier.

• Free — 3 lifetime searches. Job listings only. No resume tailoring.
• Pro — ₹299 — one search per day returning up to 5 curated jobs matched to your profile, plus a tailored resume PDF for each job that clears the AI fit assessment. The price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

A Pro payment is a one-time payment that grants 30 days of Pro access. You are sent a payment link, you pay once, and Pro access is enabled for 30 days from payment. Nothing auto-renews and no payment mandate is created against your account. Access ends automatically when the 30-day period expires. To continue using Pro after that, you make a new payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; KyrosAura does not store your card or bank details. Refunds and cancellation are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05No guarantee of employment

JobScout is a search and resume tool, not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment of any kind. Job listings, fit assessments, and tailored resumes are provided to assist your search; outcomes depend on employers and factors outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing any listing and any resume we generate before you rely on or submit it.

06Third-party listings

Job listings shown by JobScout are sourced from third-party providers. KyrosAura does not create, own, endorse, or verify these listings and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or the conduct of any employer or recruiter behind them. Apply due diligence before sharing personal information with, or paying money to, any employer. Never pay a fee to secure a job; report anything that appears fraudulent to support@kyrosaura.com.

07Limitation of liability

JobScout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyrosAura Corp Pvt Ltd and its officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use JobScout, from any listing or generated resume, or from the acts of any third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

08Termination

You may stop using JobScout at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@kyrosaura.com or messaging STOP to the JobScout number. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Any Pro access already paid for continues until it expires unless terminated for breach.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of JobScout is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

10Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active users by WhatsApp message. Continued use of JobScout after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
