JobScout Refund & Cancellation Policy
How payment, access, and refunds work for JobScout Pro, operated by KyrosAura Corp Pvt Ltd.
In short.
A JobScout Pro payment is a one-time payment of ₹299 that gives you 30 days of Pro access. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the 30 days are up. Refunds are given only for payments charged in error or an extended service outage, if requested within 7 days.
01Price and access
JobScout Pro costs ₹299, inclusive of all applicable taxes, paid as a one-time payment that grants 30 days of Pro access. You are sent a payment link, you pay once, and Pro is enabled for 30 days from the date of payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; KyrosAura does not store your card or bank details.
There is no free trial of Pro. The Free tier — 3 lifetime searches, listings only — is available without payment.
02Access ends automatically
Pro access ends automatically 30 days after payment. Nothing auto-renews and no payment mandate is created against your account, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop. If you want to keep using Pro after the 30 days end, you simply make a new payment to enable another 30 days.
03No refunds for partial periods
Because access is granted in full at the time of payment, we do not offer refunds for:
- Unused days remaining in a paid 30-day period.
- Searches you did not use during a paid period.
- A change of mind after Pro access has been enabled.
04When we do refund
We will issue a refund only where:
- A payment was charged to you in error — for example, you were billed twice for the same access period; or
- The service was unavailable for an extended period during your paid access through a fault on our side.
To request a refund, email support@kyrosaura.com within 7 days of the payment, from or quoting your registered WhatsApp number, with the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method through Razorpay.
