Platform Role & Limitations KyrosAura Solutions Pvt Ltd operates exclusively as a digital marketing and lead generation platform connecting founders and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with Tier-1 financial institutions. We are a Private Capital Acquisition Platform. We do not manage funds, hold client assets, or offer direct financial advice. Final approval, structuring, and execution of any loan, credit solution, or portfolio management mandate are at the sole discretion of the partnered bank or SEBI-registered entity.

3. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and inquiry information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your corporate entity.

4. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary matching engines, branding, and text are our proprietary property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
